Ingredients

  • 4 diced potatoes

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

  • For the Stuffing: 3 tablespoons of oil, 150 grams of beef cubed meat (very finely chopped), 1 tomato (diced), 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 pinch of parsley

  • For Onion with Sumac: 1 large onion, 1 tablespoon of sumac, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 handful of parsley

Grate the potatoes, squeeze the juice well and transfer to another bowl. Add eggs, salt, pepper and grated Parmesan cheese and mix.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add small chopped cubed meat on it and cook until it releases its water.

Add diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper and ground red pepper and add a pinch of chopped parsley after the tomatoes are cooked and remove from the heat.

Wrap a bowl with cling film in several layers. Add 2-3 spoons of grated potato mixture into the bowl covered with cling film and give the shape of the bowl.

Add 2 spoons of the cubed meat you cooked to the middle part and take it out of the bowl with the cling film and give it a ball shape.

Rub the onions you cut into piyaz with salt and sumac, mix them with parsley and put them on the delicious potato bombs that came out of the oven and serve. bon appetit
