Fettuccine Alfreddo Zucchuni
Ingredients
200 gr fettuccine
100 ml cream
1 zucchini
1 garlic clove
40gr gorgonzola cheese
Little black pepper
salt
Instructions
Put the water in your pot and boil it well, add a little salt to the boiling water and add our pasta. After cooking for 5-6 minutes, separate a tea glass from the pasta water and strain it.
After your pan is heated, add the cream and once it boils, add the raw zucchini that we pulled with a mandolin and let it cook for 3 minutes, then you can add garlic (I made an oil with garlic and black pepper).
Then I used gorgonzola cheese, you can also use any cheese you have at home, add a little salt and finish cooking. Bon appetit.
