Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • half a glass of water

  • half a teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 egg yolk

  • Optional Cooking oil

  • Lime as a side dish

  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar

Mix the flour and baking powder. On the other hand, boil 1 cup of water and when it boils, remove it from the fire and dissolve it in salt and brown sugar.

Then add the mixture of flour and baking soda to the water and beat until smooth. Add the beaten egg yolk to this mixture and put it in the dough cream bag and make it ready.

Heat the frying oil to 200 degrees and fry the dough squeezed with the bag in hot oil for 4 minutes.

Sprinkle the sweets extracted from the oil with icing sugar and make them ready to serve with lemon slices.
